OBA Bankonline Dual Authentication

RSA Adaptive Authentication

Below are known technical issues with our new RSA Adaptive Authentication for online banking. This webpage will be updated if any additional problems are reported. Problem
I am trying to complete the collection phase but there is no option to transmit my answer.

Resolution
The RSA system may require that your desktop resolution is set to 1024 x 768. Having your resolution set to 800 x 600 may result in not viewing the entire screen during collection. Right click on your desktop and select properties -> settings then use the slide to change your resolution.

Problem
I am seeing a blank screen when I try to log on.

Resolution
Go to the login page but do not log in. Do you see a light-colored message under the menu bar that states click here to activate ActiveX? If so, click that bar and then try to sign in.

RSA uses Macromedia Flash. Each user must have flash installed. You can go to the following page to confirm Flash is installed on any PC:

Still nothing?
Here are some security settings that may be required on the internet explorer web browser.

Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Internet -> Custom Level -> Miscellaneous -> Access Data Sources across Domains" -Should be Disable

Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Internet -> Custom Level -> Miscellaneous -> Allow META REFRESH" -- Should be Enable

Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Internet -> Custom Level -> Miscellaneous -> Launching Programs and Files in an IFRAME" - Should be Prompt

Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> Security -> SSL2.0" - Should be checked

Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> Security -> SSL3.0" - Should be checked

Try signing on again.
